FROG LEG
Frog legs / Ancas de rana / Cuisses de grenouilles / 青蛙腿 / Đùi Ếch are considered a delicacy in many cultures from the western kitchens of France to the Chinese restaurants in Singapore.
Our frog legs is processed from East Asian bullfrog, scientifically known as ( Hoplobatrachus rugulosus ). It also commonly known as Chinese edible frog, Taiwanese frog, 田雞, 虎皮蛙, palakang bukid. It is found in the wild of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & SEA.
In Vietnam, East Asian bullfrog / 田雞 ( Hoplobatrachus rugulosus) is widely cultivated in Mekong Delta, allowing for consistent availability throughout the year. The efficient farming techniques and large-scale production have helped make it more affordable, making it accessible to a larger consumer base.
However, the abuse of antibiotics, growth stimulants … in the farming process also causes the risk of antibiotic residues, such as Malachite Green, Leucomalachite,… in Frog legs . We must control antibiotics residue with pre-harvest lab inspections.
Each year, we export a considerable volume Frozen Frog to Asian countries.

Frog legs / Ancas de rana / Cuisses de grenouilles / 青蛙腿 / Đùi Ếch are incredibly rich in protein yet very low in Fat and Calories , no carbohydrates or sugars. The legs of the frog are also high inomega-3 fatty acids, potassium, and vitamin A. Therefore, Frog legs are really good for health.
+ Vitamins and minerals There are significant quantities of vitamins in the frog meat and minerals that strengthen the body and are useful for human function ; quite low in sodium and a large amount of potassium are the other health advantages when consuming frog legs / 青蛙腿. Potassium, a component of frog meat in substantial quantities, tends to make blood vessels stronger and more flexible.
Due to their mild flavour, Frog meat are comparable to chicken meat, with a texture more likened to chicken wings. They are tender, soft, pale pink in colour, fast and easy to prepare. There are a lot of compounds in the frogs’ meat that are vigorously battling multiple tumours. For this purpose, frog legs are used in the treatment of tumours and cancer prevention.
Frog legs have an anti-inflammatory function and are recommended to be used in some infectious diseases and when inflammation is present. Frog legs powder are used to combat callosity and toothache. It’s an excellent remedy for gum bleeding. It also increases the function of cardiac muscles.
